Explore forecast records →An expected in-service date is a published forecast. It does not establish completion, an energization commitment, available capacity, or a connection right. Later reports can revise dates or replace them with a status.
Day, month, quarter and year records retain their original labels. Month/day targets support point comparisons. Year/quarter targets appear as bounded date-change intervals and are excluded from exact-point medians. Ambiguous, suspicious or status-only values stay visible without a calculated change. A selected report baseline requires that exact observation; missing reports are not interpolated. Completed-work targets can also reflect year-end planning dates.
In Project forecasts, original ranges belong to PG&E project groups and current estimates to individual planning orders. Those charts keep the scopes separate and do not calculate overruns. Completed work uses separately screened utility records with historical spending and reported original estimates. Neither comparison is adjusted for inflation or changes in scope.
Delay explanations are attributed to the utility’s report. Permitting milestones appear only for reviewed forecast records. An absent permit record means no match in this dataset; it does not mean that a project needed no permit. Grouped chart patterns do not establish what caused a schedule change.
